Turkmenistan will participate in the international equestrian competition and beauty pageant “Pearl of the East,” which will take place May 9-10 in Tashkent, as announced at a government meeting on May 1.
Deputy Prime Minister T. Atakhalliyev delivered a report on preparations for horse breeding and equestrian events during the Cabinet meeting. As part of the Turkmen delegation’s upcoming visit to Uzbekistan, participation in the conference “The Akhal-Teke Horse: A Symbol of Friendship between Peoples” is also planned.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to ensure the participation of domestic horse breeders and Akhal-Teke horses in the upcoming competitions.
