Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to the United States from September 23 to 25 at the invitation of the American side, as reported by the Xinhua News Agency.
During the upcoming visit, the Chinese President will discuss bilateral relations and issues related to global peace and development with the US President.
It was previously reported that Chinese and US delegations held trade talks in New York. The parties discussed trade and investment, artificial intelligence, and the current trade truce between Washington and Beijing, which includes the reduction of tariffs and export restrictions.
US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said the negotiations were successful.
