Last week, 30 transactions were registered at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
For foreign currency, Uzbek and Afghan businessmen purchased liquefied gas produced at the Turkmengaz State Concern, ECO-93 gasoline produced at the Turkmenhimiya State Concern. In addition, various types of textile products, concentrated extract of valerian root, and dried cocoons were sold to representatives of business circles from China, Hong Kong, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan for foreign currency. The total value of transactions amounted to more than 69 million 190 thousand dollars.
Domestic businessmen purchased polypropylene and petroleum road bitumen (State Concern “Turkmennebit”) for the domestic market, as well as textile waste. The total value of transactions amounted to 95 million 680 thousand manats.
