The International Transport and Transit Conference (ITTC 2025), a major international forum dedicated to the future of the global transport sector, is scheduled to be held on November 12–13, 2025.
Operating under the theme “International Transport Corridors: Connectivity and Development – 2025,” the conference will host high-level discussions focusing on strategic collaboration, technological innovation, and sustainability across global transit and transport systems. The event is a crucial platform for promoting global partnerships.
The two-day program is structured to facilitate dialogue between the public and private sectors:
November 12: The conference officially opens with the Official Opening Ceremony and a VIP tour of the associated Exhibition from 10:00 to 12:00. The day will feature Official Program Meetings, including Government-to-Business (G2B) sessions, and will conclude with a Gala Reception.
November 13: The main substantive discussions will take place across four key thematic sessions, featuring presentations from representatives of governments, international organizations, and the private sector.

International Cooperation and Investment: Focusing on global partnerships, strategic investment, and resource mobilization for reliable transport corridors.

Registration and Logistics
The Organizing Committee confirms it will provide invitation letters for visas to all registered participants. Visas can be obtained either upon arrival in Ashgabat or at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the participant’s country.
