The training is part of the second phase of the AELLCA project, which aims to improve the quality of English language teaching in the region. The program was developed with the participation of the University of Cambridge’s Department of Publishing and Assessment and is based on the PRESETT leadership development model, which is used in international educational practice. The
Course’s opening ceremony took place on January 26. On the same day, participants began the first training module, which focused on the role of leadership in implementing English language teaching reforms. Particular attention was paid to the University of Cambridge’s experience in updating curricula and integrating English into the educational environment.
