The Myrat Garryev State Medical University of Turkmenistan held the finals of the Biology Olympiad for high school students across the country. The winners of the Olympiad were also awarded.
First place went to Gyzylgul Muhammetnazarova, a 12th-grade student from Secondary Specialized School No. 33 in Tejen Etrap, Mary Velayat. Second place went to Aylar Esenova, an 11th-grade student from Secondary Specialized School No. 20 in Balkanabat, and Guljahan Atamyradova, an 11th-grade student from Secondary Specialized School No. 15 in Babadayhan Etrap, Ahal Velayat.
Third place was shared between Annarejep Kakamuradov, a 12th-grade student from Secondary Specialized School No. 19 in Babadayhan Etrap, Ahal Velayat; Arzuv Seyitkulieva, a 12th-grade student from Secondary Specialized School No. 40 in Yoloten Etrap, Mary Velayat; and Dultemmyrat Nurmuradov, a 12th-grade student from Secondary Specialized School No. 33 in Tejen Etrap, Mary Velayat.
The winners received first-, second-, and third-grade diplomas, and those who demonstrated good results received certificates of honor and commemorative gifts.
