On March 18, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan will host a forum on attracting investments in the private sector called “Investments in the Future of Turkmenistan” (IFT 2026). The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, in cooperation with the TMT Consulting Group economic society, will act as organizers. The forum will not only widely present Turkmenistan’s economic and investment opportunities on a global scale, but will also contribute to strengthening international cooperation in all areas of the country’s private sector, as well as expanding mutually beneficial relations between foreign and local business circles. The IFT 2026 forum, held in conjunction with the International Exhibition of the Private Sector of Turkmenistan, will allow the participants of these two events to expand business contacts open up new opportunities and fully use the potential of both platforms. The forum, along with B2B and B2G formats, will also create opportunities for cooperation in B2C format, paving the way for effective cooperation for business circles.
The forum is expected to be attended by representative groups from the European Union and countries from Asia, the Middle East and North America. Participants will be provided with all the necessary conditions for effective work, from expert panels and general meetings to personal conversations.
Last year, the IFT 2025 international forum “Investments in the Future of Turkmenistan” was held for the first time. The forum brought together more than 500 representatives from 25 countries. 40 international organizations and more than 360 companies attended the forum. As a result of the meetings in the B2B and B2G format, a number of important documents were signed.
