Authorities in Iran’s Golestan Province are planning to hold an exhibition of their products in Turkmenistan, according to Abdul Ali Kian Mehr, Deputy Governor of the province.
The event is expected in the next two to three months in Ashgabat or the Balkan province. According to the official, the exhibition will expand trade and increase its volume by 30%.
The report notes that the development of border infrastructure and the work of the joint Iran-Turkmenistan Chamber of Commerce create conditions for a long-term partnership.
Previously, from May 5 to 7, an exhibition of Turkmen goods was held in the Iranian city of Gurgen.
