The National Museum of Modern Chinese Press and Publishing in Shanghai has opened an exhibition entitled “The Great Poet – the Pride of the People!” dedicated to the life and work of Alexander Pushkin. Information appeared on the social networks of the Russian Ministry of Culture. The All-Russian Museum of A.S. Pushkin (St. Petersburg) prepared the exhibition.
The exhibition features more than 120 exhibits. Among them: personal belongings of Alexander Pushkin, an engraved portrait of the poet made by Nikolai Utkin, products of the Imperial Porcelain Factory, copies of Pushkin manuscripts, as well as editions of the writer’s works in Chinese from the collections of the Museum of Modern Chinese Press and Publishing.
