French President Emmanuel Macron will visit India from February 17 to 19 and hold talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs said on Tuesday.
According to a statement, the French President will attend the AI Impact Summit in New Delhi next week. Macron will visit India’s financial capital Mumbai to inaugurate the India-France Year of Innovation.
Modi and Macron will discuss regional and global issues of mutual interest, including cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region.
During Modi’s visit to France last year, the two countries signed a declaration on cooperation in advanced and small-module nuclear reactors.
