The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports that in connection with the current situation in the Middle East, Turkmenistan, based on the principles of humanism and mutual respect, and strictly committed to fulfilling its international obligations, is fully providing all necessary conditions for the passage of foreign citizens, vehicles, and rail vehicles across the Turkmen-Iranian border.
According to the statement, all international border-crossing points continue to operate normally.
Under the coordination of the government of Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, China, and South Korea have also organized the repatriation of their citizens from Iran.
