Members of the “Lebapnebitgazgozleg” expedition of the Turkmengeology State Corporation received an industrial flow of hydrocarbon raw materials from exploration well No. 1907, drilled by them at the West Goturdepe field. As reported by oilgas.gov.tm. website.
The new well has a depth of almost 4,000 meters and is the deepest at this field.
Rich deposits of oil and natural gas were discovered in the 13th of the lower red-colored layers. According to experts, the flow rate of this well is 93.4 tons of crude oil and 4,430 cubic meters of natural gas per day.
The successful completion of geological exploration confirms that this field has great potential for the extraction of valuable raw materials.
