The Oguzrobot school team from Turkmenistan will take part in the First Global Challenge 2025 world robotics tournament, which will be held from October 29 to November 1 in Panama.
This year, the main theme of the tournament will be “Eco-balance”: participants from more than 190 countries will create robots to solve environmental problems and protect biodiversity.
The Oguzrobot team from Ashgabat consists of five talented schoolchildren: Emirkhan Gylychmukhammedov, Ismail Charyev, Gurbangeldy Orazgeldyev, Shirmukhammet Gulov and Aznavur Cholukov. Experienced mentors Myrat Sakhetgulyev and Didar Badyev lead the team. This
is not the first time the guys represent Turkmenistan at the First Global Challenge: for several years, the team has won medals and prizes.
The peculiarity of this tournament is not only high competition, but also cooperation between participants from different countries, which provides an opportunity to exchange experiences and cultural traditions.
