On November 1, the opening ceremony of master classes in miniature and gold leaf decoration of the Islamic Republic of Iran was held at the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan.
The opening ceremony was attended by Annamuhammedov Rustem Doliyevich, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan, Abdolreza Abbasi, Advisor for Cultural Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ms. Hashemi Seyedehsahar, Specialist in Miniature Art, and Ms. Najmeh Hosseiniyan, Specialist in Gold Leaf Decoration Art.
The speakers noted the success of the master classes in miniature and gold leaf decoration of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2024, and noted that the cultural relations of the two friendly and brotherly countries are developing day by day. They also noted that such master classes are necessary in order to further strengthen relations in the field of culture, and that this will give a great impetus to cultural exchange.
Then, the participants of the opening ceremony viewed an exhibition of works by specialists from the Islamic Republic of Iran and Turkmen students who participated in the master class in 2024.
After the exhibition, the guests and employees of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Turkmenistan, together with the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the State Academy of Arts of Turkmenistan and teachers, toured the “Golden Fund” museum of the Academy of Arts and viewed the works of young students in this museum.
