On 21st January, the opening ceremony of the Hindi language classroom was held at Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages.The ceremony was held with the participation of the delegation headed by the Secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs of the Republic of India, the Honourable Sibi George; the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Turkmenistan, the Honourable Bandaru Wilsonbabu, representatives of the Embassy, teachers, and students of the institute. The event became a positive humanitarian outcome of bilateral friendship.

During the ceremony, young linguists of Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages delivered impressive performances in Hindi, their field of study.

The opening ceremony once again clearly demonstrated that the efforts to strengthen Turkmen-Indian friendship and achieve its objectives are yielding positive results in all areas.


The newly opened Hindi language classroom at the institute, equipped with modern technologies, has become yet another opportunity for young people to learn world languages effectively. In this classroom, students can study the works of the prominent Indian figures and learn about them closely. Moreover, this classroom is fully equipped to host future literary readings and various competitions on a regular basis.
