From February 23 to March 8, 2026, the International University for the Humanities and Development in Ashgabat will begin accepting applications from citizens of Turkmenistan with a general secondary, secondary vocational, or higher vocational education.
To participate in the selection process, applicants must submit a package of documents, including an application and a standard questionnaire, educational documents with certified translations, a health certificate, a resume in English, French, or Romanian, and a number of other documents. SAT, TOEFL, or IELTS scores are given preference for undergraduate programs, while GMAT or GRE scores are given preference for graduate programs. Winners of state subject Olympiads and participants in international competitions will also have priority for admission.
Selection interviews with candidates will be held on March 11–12, at the International University for the Humanities and Development.
