As part of the International Study Tour program, conducted by the US Department of State, the “Trade, Development, and Finance” training session has begun. A faculty member from the International University for the Humanities and Development (IUHD) is representing the Turkmen delegation.
On the first day of the training, presentations were given by Marta Pereyma, a specialist at the US Department of State; Megan Simpson, a manager of the International Study Tour organizing committee; and Matthew Green, a professor at the Catholic University of America.
In addition, participants were given the opportunity to give presentations to gain a better understanding of the situation. Abdal Khydyrov, a representative of the IUHD, spoke in detail about the development of education in our country and the challenges ahead.
In total, as part of the visit, representatives from more than 30 countries will learn about US efforts to develop financial and trade relations with other countries and exchange experiences to advance international cooperation in this area.
At the same time, representatives of the US Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs will hold meetings with representatives of leading financial, international trade, and business institutions on various areas of cooperation.
