The 41st Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference, one of the world’s largest energy events, opened on Monday at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, bringing together more than 205,000 participants from around the world to discuss the future of energy and sustainable development.
In his opening remarks, UAE Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan stated that hosting ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi underscores the UAE’s global role in shaping the energy dialogue and advancing cooperation on energy security and sustainable development.
He outlined the UAE’s model of balancing economic growth with environmental protection, underpinned by investment in technology, clean energy, and innovation. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan also reaffirmed the country’s commitment to a sustainable energy transition through international partnerships that foster economic growth and scientific research collaboration.
ADIPEC 2025 will feature over 2,250 exhibitors across 17 halls and four specialized zones. China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) is the exhibition’s main partner this year.
