Obtaining entry documents to Azerbaijan has become easier and more convenient for citizens of Turkmenistan. According to the diplomatic mission of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Turkmenistan in Ashgabat, the official “ASAN Visa” e-visa portal now has a full version in the Turkmen language.
This new language option is designed to facilitate the application process for tourists and business travelers from Turkmenistan by eliminating potential language difficulties when filling out the application form.
The project was implemented in collaboration with the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASAN). By adding the Turkmen language, users can receive all necessary information and apply for an e-visa in their native language, reducing the risk of errors when submitting documents.
The Turkmen version is already included in the list of available languages on the system’s official website. Citizens of Turkmenistan can now apply for an e-visa by visiting evisa.gov.az/tk and following the step-by-step instructions.
The expansion of the service’s language capabilities demonstrates Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan’s commitment to developing cooperation, strengthening humanitarian and economic ties, and creating more comfortable conditions for mutual travel.
