On March 22, the Children’s Football Festival “CAFA NOWRUZ-2026” was held on the football field of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management (Ashgabat), organized by the Football Federation of Turkmenistan jointly with the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA).
More than 250 children aged 7 to 12 took part in the children’s football festival, dedicated to the National Spring Holiday – International Day of Nowruz.
Young footballers demonstrated their skill, passion, and team spirit, delighting the crowd. The festival was a vibrant event that sparked interest in football among the younger generation.
The purpose of the children’s football festival is to promote a healthy lifestyle and popularize grassroots football.
At the end of the exciting competition, all participants were awarded commemorative gifts.
