On November 12, the ceremony of awarding students who won international competitions was held at the Magtymguly Turkmen State University.
The university students successfully performed at the International Mathematics Olympiad among students of higher education institutions held at the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland, from November 7 to 9. In the individual competition, a student of the Faculty of Mathematics of the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, Shabibi Nurzhanova, students of the Faculty of Information Technologies, Khazymuhammet Atayev, Arslanbeg Yazmamedov, won gold medals, and students of the Faculty of Information Technologies, Didar Gayipov and Emir Velekov, won silver medals.
The university students also won 6 medals (2 gold, 2 silver, 2 bronze) and the Grand Prize in the physics competition among students of higher education institutions called the “World Young Physicists Olympiad – 2025”, held from November 6 to 9 in Bali, the Republic of Indonesia. According to the results of the competition, Musa Artykov, a student of the Faculty of Physics, received a gold medal, as well as the Grand Prize. Kerim Cherkezov, a student of the Faculty of Physics, received a gold medal, Davut Alybayev and Tavus Kakamyradova, students of the Faculty of Physics, received silver medals. As well as Ayshat Saparova and Aly Jumayev students of the Faculty of Physics, received bronze medals.
These outstanding achievements of the students were a wonderful gift to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the prominent Neutrality of Turkmenistan.
