A delegation from Turkmenistan, led by Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy Perkhat Yagshiyev, participated in the 109th meeting of the CIS Economic Council.
The meeting took place on April 3, in Moscow, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Key areas of economic cooperation within the Commonwealth were discussed. Participants exchanged views and reviewed draft documents aimed at promoting integration.
The heads of delegations noted the need for coordinated action to ensure sustainable economic growth in the CIS countries.
The next meeting of the Economic Council is scheduled for June 2026 and will also be held in Moscow.
