The Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering invites students to the 5th Open International Internet Olympiad in “Strength of Materials”.
The competition will take place on March 18. Registration is open until March 15. To participate, need to complete the registration form and send it to tdbgiobolymp@gmail.com. A sample form, regulations, and preparation tasks are available on the institute’s website.
The Olympiad is individual and open to all students, regardless of their field of study. Participants will have 120 minutes to solve six problems. The working languages are Turkmen, English, and Russian.
The jury will consist of representatives of Turkmen and international universities. Winners and runners-up will be determined by their total scores and will receive first, second, and third-place diplomas.
Organizers note that the Olympiad aims to strengthen cooperation between universities and research centers in Turkmenistan and other countries, support young people’s interest in science, and develop students’ intellectual abilities.
