Known for his career in the music industry, will.i.am is venturing into technology and micromobility with TRINITY. Unveiled at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, TRINITY is a single-seat, three-wheeled, fully electric vehicle. It is positioned as an experimental platform that combines high-speed potential with real-time AI interaction.
Rather than claiming to be a car ready for mass production, the project’s primary goal is to demonstrate what Nvidia’s DGX Spark technology can achieve in real-world conditions. This approach makes the vehicle more of an advanced technological showcase than a conventional electric car.
Focus on awareness, not autonomy
The project team emphasizes that TRINITY is not focused on autonomous driving. Instead, the AI system is designed to provide situational awareness rather than taking control away from the driver. While driving, the operator can converse with the AI to receive direct information about traffic density, environmental conditions, and real-time developments.
Data from TRINITY’s cameras and vision systems are processed locally. The vehicle perceives not just its GPS location, but its entire physical surroundings. All real-time image analysis and inference are powered by the Nvidia DGX Spark.
Design and Branding
TRINITY’s visual identity is as carefully crafted as its technology. The logo features an inverted “T” form inspired by the classic Atari symbol. The goal is to create a distinct brand signature—similar to Tesla—that is recognizable even from a distance.
Describing the vehicle as a “brain on wheels,” will.i.am stated:
“TRINITY represents the future of micromobility, where humans, vehicles, and AI agents work together seamlessly. Using NVIDIA DGX Spark as its AI brain, TRINITY offers conversational, goal-tracking workflows that transform how people interact with mobility in connected cities.”
