President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed resolutions related to upcoming international events.
The first document concerns the preparation of the International Conference “The Role of Women in Modern Society: Developing International Cooperation to Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.” It will be held on December 9–10, 2025, in the Awaza National Tourist Zone. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Children in Need of Care will organize the event in collaboration with the United Nations.
The second document concerns the holding of an International Forum dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality, International Neutrality Day, and the declaration of 2025 as the “International Year of Peace and Trust.” The forum will be held on December 12, 2025, in Ashgabat. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been instructed to organize the event at the appropriate level.
