On April 14, the second round of the Olympiad, titled “Watanyň daýanjy – bilimli ýaşlar, Arkadagly Gahryman Serdaryň guwanjy ýaşlar!” (“The country’s support is educated youth, the pride of Arkadagly Hero Serdar is youth!”), was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The event was organized in cooperation with the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan.
The Olympiad was dedicated to the International Day of Education, proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly on 3 December 2018, to recognize the crucial role of education in achieving global peace and sustainable development.
A total of 178 students from all provinces of the country, as well as from the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, participated in the second round. The results will be published soon on the Institute’s official website, and the participants who successfully passed this round will be announced.
The regular organization of such subject-based Olympiads is a clear indication of the comprehensive and consistent development of the education system in our country.
