Investments in the American economy will reach approximately $21 trillion by the end of the year. As announced by US President Donald Trump at the start of talks with Saudi Arabian Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud at the White House.
“Within a year, the volume of investment and future investment in the United States will amount to $21 trillion,” Trump stated. He also added that Saudi Arabia had agreed to invest $600 billion in the American economy. “Since he (the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia – TASS) is my friend, he can bring this figure to a trillion, but I will have to work with him on this,” the American leader added.
Trump also expressed the belief that his efforts would lead to continued declines in fuel prices in the US. “I think you’ll see gas at 2 dollars (per gallon, or 3.78 liters),” the president asserted.
A gallon of gasoline in the US costs about 3 dollars.
