A Turkmen student studying in the German-English department of the Higher School of Education of the Lev Nikolaevich Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Astana, Kazakhstan, Hemra Parrykov, won the “Best Student of the Turkic Peoples” international competition organized by the National Innovation and Research Center “Bilim-Orikenti” of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was awarded a diploma of the 1st degree of the competition, a medal “Best Student of the Turkic Peoples” and a cup “Best Student of the Turkic Peoples”.
It should be noted that this is not the first achievement for Hemra, who was born in the Gubadag district of Dashoguz region. He previously won the “Kultegin” scholarship competition among foreign students of the Eurasian National University in December 2023. Hemra Parrykov also won the competition held by the National Innovation and Scientific Research Center “Bilim-Orikenti” of the Republic of Kazakhstan in March 2025, receiving a 1st degree diploma, medal and special cup for “The Best Student of Central Asia”. In September 2025, he participated in the competition at the level of the Commonwealth of Independent States within the framework of the international scientific and practical conference organized by the National Science and Education Center of Uzbekistan “SCIENTIFICACADEMY”, and was awarded the medal “Milli Iftihor” (“National Pride”), a special certificate and a commemorative badge.
