On January 12, the Ambassador and Counselor for Cultural Center of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in our country visited the Dovletmamet Azady Turkmen National Institute of World Languages. Representatives of the Embassy met with the rector of this higher education institution and students studying in the Persian language department. In addition, the Cultural Center presented to institute several books, including poems by Saadi translated into Turkmen, poems by Mollanepes, Andalyp translated into Persian, and books on the methodology of teaching Persian language. During the meeting, they exchanged views on further expanding cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran in the fields of culture, science and education. It was also discussed the holding of professional development courses to further improve the language skills of students and teachers studying in the Persian language department of the higher education institution.
