On January 26, a delegation led by Salem Nasser Al Naemi, Rector of the Doha University of Science and Technology of the State of Qatar, visited the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan during its visit to Turkmenistan. The delegation members toured the institute’s exhibition and were acquainted with the projects and software developed by teachers and students. The guests toured the institute’s museum and were acquainted with its history.
A signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Doha University of Science and Technology of the State of Qatar and the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan was also held.
Then, a presentation on the Doha University of Science and Technology was held with the participation of teachers and students of the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan. At the presentation, Rector of the Doha University of Science and Technology Salem Nasser Al Naemi made a speech and answered questions from professors, teachers, and students.
