During its visit to Türkiye, a delegation from Turkmenistan held business meetings to strengthen cultural cooperation and exchange experiences in cinema, television, and the arts, as reported by the turkmenistan.gov.tm.
On February 16, the delegation, led by Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan A. Shamuradov, met with TURKSOY Secretary General S. Raev. During the meeting, they discussed expanding cultural cooperation and implementing joint cultural projects.
On February 17, Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan A. Shamuradov and Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkiye Mehmet Nuri Ersoy discussed prospects for strengthening cooperation in cinema, theater, and music, as well as the possibility of implementing joint educational, cultural, and humanitarian programs.
On February 18, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting, and Cinematography A. Kakayev met with Vice-Rector of the Ankara University of Music and Fine Arts Baris Demirci. The parties discussed opportunities for academic cooperation, joint master classes, educational programs, and creative exchanges for students and teachers from Turkmenistan.
