At a Government meeting on June 13, Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakyyev reported on the ongoing work to organize the “Digital Solution-2025” innovation projects competition and submitted a corresponding proposal to the President of Turkmenistan for consideration.
The competition will be held in the following areas: artificial intelligence, robotics and automation, smart agricultural technologies, smart city, education and e-learning, digital medicine, and services. The projects presented will be of particular importance for the widespread use of digital solutions and new developments in various sectors of the national economy.
After hearing the report, the head of state noted that targeted work is being carried out in the country to develop the digital economy. At the same time, it was emphasized that the active participation of young people involved in the development of software and innovative products in the annual innovation projects competition demonstrates the success of the reforms being implemented in this area.
In this regard, the President of Turkmenistan approved the proposal to announce a competition of innovative projects “Digital Solution – 2025” and instructed the head of the Agency to carry out the relevant work in this direction.
