Turkmen citizens are invited to participate in a regional competition organized by the French Cultural Network in Central Asia.

The competition requires participants to create a short, silent video that tells a story and provides clues about a French word. The word itself must not be spoken or written until the video’s conclusion.

The objective is for viewers to guess the French word solely through the visual narrative, with the word revealed only at the end as the final clue.

Any citizen of Turkmenistan, residing permanently within its territory, is eligible to participate. Participation is free.

To create a video, participants should select a French word and develop a simple story that illustrates the word through actions and objects. The silent video should be between one and two minutes in length, focusing on visual clues. The word must be revealed in an original way at the very end.

Key rules:

  • No words
  • Duration from one to two minutes
  • A real story, not just a set of frames
  • Use a symbol or object related to the Francophonie
  • Mandatory horizontal format
  • Copyright-free music

Videos must be submitted by April 30 via: https://docs.google.com/forms/u/0/d/1fxAQiJXtI1QWXHiMPhSybMsUKDv7ZIpz3gUlI4Go2hU/viewform?edit_requested=true

Participants must upload their video and complete the questionnaire, providing their name, surname, date of birth, nationality, and phone number.

The winner will receive a language internship in France as a prize.
