Turkmentelecom business clients will be able to use the call center services available in three tariff plans – Start, Business and Premium. As reported by telecom.tm.
The Start tariff plan offers a basic set of functions for small companies: 4 internal numbers, a main telephone point, a 15-second voice greeting and first-level interactive voice mail. The Business tariff expands the capabilities to 8 internal numbers and a 30-second voice greeting, and also includes multi-level interactive voice mail. The Premium tariff provides maximum capabilities with 20 internal numbers and similar advanced functionality.
All tariffs include such functions as transferring calls to employees and departments, saving audio recordings of all conversations and voice mail. An important advantage is that incoming calls and calls within the virtual PBX are not charged additionally.
According to the note to the tariffs, basic installation, maintenance and all outgoing calls are paid separately at the current tariffs.
