(Memory Palace technique)

Why it works
The brain remembers images, locations, and emotions far better than abstract facts. By attaching information to vivid mental images, recall becomes much easier.

How to do it
1. Choose a familiar place (your home, school, or workplace).
2. Assign each room a piece of information.
3. Create ridiculous, colorful, exaggerated images for what you want to remember.
4. “Walk” through the place in your mind to recall the information.

Example
If you want to remember a shopping list:
Milk → A cow dancing in your kitchen
Bread → Giant bread blocking your doorway
Apples → Apples bouncing on your couch
The stranger the image, the stronger the memory.
