Why it works
Your brain forgets information over time (the forgetting curve). Spaced repetition fights this by reviewing information right before you’re about to forget it, which strengthens long-term memory.
How to do it
1. Learn new information today.
2. Review it after 1 day, then 3 days, then 1 week, then 1 month.
3. Each review should be short (5–15 minutes).
4. Use flashcards (physical or apps like Anki) and actively recall the answer before checking it.
Extra tip
Don’t reread passively. Always test yourself. Struggling a bit actually improves memory formation.
