World leaders sent birthday greetings to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
Among the heads of state who sent congratulatory messages were Vladimir Putin of Russia, Xi Jinping of China, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey, Lee Jae-myung of the Republic of Korea, Emomali Rahmon of Tajikistan, Sadyr Japarov of Kyrgyzstan, Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus, and Vahagn Khachaturyan of Armenia.
