World leaders sent birthday greetings to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
Among the heads of state who sent congratulatory messages were Vladimir Putin of Russia, Xi Jinping of China, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey, Lee Jae-myung of the Republic of Korea, Emomali Rahmon of Tajikistan, Sadyr Japarov of Kyrgyzstan, Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus, and Vahagn Khachaturyan of Armenia. In their messages, the leaders noted the Turkmen president’s personal contribution to the development of bilateral cooperation, expressed confidence in the further strengthening of partnerships, and wished him good health and success.
