Dragon Oil, the sole operator of the Cheleken contractual territory since 2000, continues the dynamic development of the Jeytun and Jygalybeg offshore fields.

A key step in strengthening long-term cooperation with the State Concern Türkmennebit was the extension of the production sharing agreement (PSA) for another 10 years, until 2035. This provides the company with a reliable foundation for further production planning, geological exploration, and the implementation of innovative technologies in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea.

Over two decades of operation, Dragon Oil has created a developed coastal and offshore infrastructure that provides a full cycle of oil preparation, storage, and export.

The operator is currently actively conducting exploration work near existing facilities, which allows for the efficient development of additional reserves with minimal costs.

The company’s accumulated production experience and technological potential will be widely reflected at the OGT 2026 international conference, where Dragon Oil will act as a Diamond Partner and share best practices in the development of marine resources.
